MicroPass Program Information
The MicroPass Frequent Traveler Program is quite easily the fastest, most hassle-free way to earn Free Night Awards! Simply stay 9 nights and get the 10th night free at Microtel. All MicroPass free night stay credits are automatically added to your online account so there are no stamps to keep up with and no credits to track - just stay and earn Free Nights!
Earning Free Night Stay Credits
MicroPass members earn one credit for each night they stay at any Microtel location when paying an eligible rate. Simply provide your MicroPass ID number when making a reservation and present your MicroPass card at check-in. Within 72 hours of check-out, one credit will be applied to your MicroPass account for each qualifying night's stay. Stay one night, earn one credit, stay nine nights, earn nine credits and those nine credits can be redeemed for a Free Night Award at the Microtel location of your choice. There is no limit to the number of Free Night Awards you can earn.
All MicroPass members can access their detailed account online at www.micropass.com. Member accounts are updated within 72-hours of check-out. If you have trouble accessing your online account or if you find missing or inaccurate Free Night Stay Credits or Free Night Awards, you can contact MicroPass Member Services (toll-free) at 1-888-373-0092 for assistance.
Redeeming Free Night Awards
Each time you complete nine (9) qualifying night stays, your account will be credited with one Free Night Award. Free Night Awards are valid for 18 months from the date they were earned. Free Night Awards must be booked at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance of arrival date*. Multiple Free Night Awards may be combined for multiple night stays. Awards will expire after 18 months from the date they were earned.
Free Night Awards can be redeemed for a free night's stay at any Microtel Inns & Suites location online by completing a Free Night Award Reservation Request on the MicroPass web site. Simply log in and select "Request an Award". You may also call MicroPass Customer Service (toll-free) at 1-888-373-0092. A customer service agent will verify your account balance and assist with reservations. If your itinerary changes, you must advise MicroPass Member Services within 5 days of arrival.
